Install on xp

I am using LabWindows/CVI 8.1 (full developer) on windows XP. I installed it as an administrator and all works well, But when I try to run CVI as a user account with limited privilages, it get an "This utility could not open registry entries for the given CVI version" error (and a bunch of not found errors)

The installer did not ask me the typical windows install question: "is this install  for the current user only or everyone".  I'm trying to roll out this application and need a solution ASAP.

Anyone else having problems like this?

I'm also using TestStand 4.0 for this system - don't know if I will have problems with this also

Thanks
Don

Hi Don,

See the KB entitled Receiving a Change Compatibility Mode Registry Error When Launching LabWindows/CVI.
