IVI driver development using MAX

Dear Sir,

I have generate an IVI driver using CVI and I would like to register it with MAX and start to debug it.

How should I do it?

One of your answer mantion a NI tool not already public, but it was a post from 2003... I hope this tool is now public. Were can I find it?
