Hi,
You can find examples that come with CVI under Program Files\National Instrument|CVI, in a folder called samples. There is probably a shortcut there that takes you to C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\CVI\Samples. If you do not see a folder called DAQmx, look for another shortcut called More Samples. In the DAQmx folder, there are examples for a variety of tasks including analog inputs, outputs, and synchronization.
I found one example called Synch AI-AO, and it sounds like what you are looking for. On my computer it was at this path:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\CVI\Samples\DAQmx\Synchronization\Multi-Function
