DBConnect ("DSN=Beacon"); returns -100

CVI with Windows 7,  I get a -100 error on  -   DBConnect ("DSN=Beacon");

I have setup the ODBC connection on the PC using odbcad32.exe and the same code works fine in Windows Xp.

I have also enabled the Telnet client.

Are you getting this error when running code during development, or running an application on some target computer?

I reinstalled the SQL addon and that fixed the problem.
