Anti aliasing on Canvas

Hello,

Is it possible to have some anti aliasing features implemented on canvas drawings ? I'm using canvas to display vector diagrams and the result looks not very "profesional" because of visible stepping in the lines (see attached example).

Regards

Hi,
I don't think there is a way to improve your drawing.
The only parameter which could increase it is the resolution of the screen.

Sorry for not giving you more help.

Bertrand,

Unfortunately, the canvas control does not support anti-aliasing, as Johan pointed out. However, the graph control does. Depending on what you are drawing in the canvas, you might be able to use a graph control to mimic a canvas.

Adding anti-aliasing to the canvas is a good suggestion. I'll make sure I pass that along.

Thank you Johan and Luis,

It would be nice to have anti aliasing features on canvas in a future release of CVI

Has this feature been added yet? Its been some years since this posting, but I haven't seen any other reference to it.
