Allow you to select multiple lines and then go to Edit>>Block Comment/Uncomment to be able to comment or uncomment multiple sections of code at once.

You can do that with a workaround:

  1. select the lines and press CTRL+E (Edit >> Toggle Exclusion)
  2. select Edit >> Resolve all Excluded Lines
  3. press "Comment" (or "#if 0" if you like)

I did discover this feature but still kudoed the idea because it would allow using a shortcut, i.e. one keystroke only
