Add a tool for static code analysis

Since now CVI relies on CLANG, it would be great to have a tool for static code analysis.

Some software are available for C code (see here), but I think CVI can use Clang Static Analyzer (if it is good enough - I've never tried it).

Yes, actually I also was hoping for this

Until then you can also enable showing more warnings, it's quite interesting to see how much complaints (aehm, warnings) are possible

I agree.  It is a little embarrassing how many more tools the LabVIEW development environment has in comparison to the LW-CVI environment.
