Dear Friends,

I need an XY-Chart Display..Becoz I already used XY-Graph for my application..and i find that the graph will display the result only at the end(post (As told by senior member in previous post)...
Since I need to see the variation of data in data real time...i feel  that chart will be suitable for my requirement...
So please guide me to achieve my aim...

And also i need the variation in x-scale with respect to my parameter name called "length".. which getting updated .....and also I need zooming facility to analyse the problem of occurrence..
In the mail i attached my vi file....In the file I have both the xy-graph and also xy-chart.....

Hi Rajasekar,

maybe you should first try to attempt to understand what you are trying to achieve with your Labview application program.

I suggest that you utilise the examples that are shipped with Labview. Also do a 'global ' search on NI entire site- It will provide you with wealth of information
to achieve your end.

With regard to your vi , well it holds insufficient data to justify my further assistance.

Hint: Before you save a vi  right click on the appropiate graphs  and under data operations chose the make current values default thus the data will be available
for us to help you!

Hi R

hint: Modularise your code- there is no need to include the SQL vi's.
You have proven they work before hand.

Attached picture shows your code and several probes plus a simplre solution on how to generate a graph or a chart.

Please note : change the 1 D array for your input terminal with regard to saved data. Else modify your SQL code to interface your data to the required input array.

This works but is not a perfect solution. As stated before check out the examples, play with them see what happens when you modifiy inputs etc.

You will have a hard learning curve if you continue this way.

Suggest that you persuade your boss to invest in you taking the labview basic course. Failing that you should check out the labview tutorial courses(on line) Your productivity
will increase dramatically.
