xcontrols not found in project explorer

According to the LABVIEW Help section you would create an XControl by go to your project and in the Project Explorer window, right-click My Computer and select New»XControl from the shortcut menu. The problem is that this is not available in my menu. I only have Control, Library, Variable and Class.

Which LabVIEW license level do you have? XControls are included in Professional and above, so you won't be able to create one in Base or Full.
