write analog and digital input in a single file

i want to write the inputs from thermocouples, pressure sensor and digital encoder in a single tdms file. i have 9401 card for the digital encoder, 9211 for the pressure sensor. i am able to write the inputs from the sensors in different file. i am unable to create a single file.

Hi Ali,

why are you unable to write all data into just one file?

(It most often helps to attach your VI when you have a problem with it.)

Sorry i did not attached the vi.
The problem is that i am using write in two different loops. And both writes different number of data in two files. Lets say that i have 2500 readings for the encoder and i have less than 2500 values for the pressure sensor. I am using the A pulse from the encoder as the timing for both.
