You have a free patch to 5.0.1f1 available to you, but you might not
really want to download it unless you know you're suffering from a bug
that is corrected in the patch:

You could also formally upgrade to LabVIEW 5.1/5.1.1, which requires a
small upgrade fee but delivers a fair amount of additional
functionality, including a ton of additional mathematical functions:
