hello, I want to transmit a video file from one system to other system using two USRPs (N2932). How can I do this?

There's a fairly detailed "Getting Started" guide for NI USRP-2932 available here.

In that guide, it lists two places with examples that might be of use to you :

You can access the NI-USRP examples from the following locations:

Probably you can find an example there that will help get you started with data transmission.
