Hi all,

I want to know everything about variant, such as to variant, variant to data, flattened string to variant, variant to flattened string, etc. 

What is variant?

What is flattened? 

I have a basic understand of what this is.  I have a hard time relating this to what I am doing.  Can you show me a sample example that is "useful" and that I can relate to?  thanks!
