usrp2974 not detectable by pc host

Hi all,

I connect usrp-2974 with my pc through ethernet port, but i can't detect the devices.

I can't find devices when I use the NI-USRP Configuration Utility and NI-MAX. I want to try to identify usrp with a ping operation,but I don't know the address of USRP.

So why can't I successfully connect usrp with host pc? Could it be software problem? I'm really frustrating.

what I'm using:

win11,

NI-USRP 21.0

LABVIEW 2020
