Hi shengko,
that's a nice picture of the hardware - but how should that help to answer your question?
Most probably that USB device is providing a VCP (VirtualCOMPort) and you need to use VISA functions to communicate with the device. But also probably the manual of that USB device is telling you this...

Hi GerdW,
Thanks for your respond, im using LV2011, now i can detected the usb to parallel port address in MAX and LV program as picture attached. It is possible or not to create a software to control the I/O same as direct parallel port ?
Please advice and thanks.

Hi shengko,
ask the manufacturer for a programming manual - or buy at some more qualified shops...
Sorry, but I think it's just silly to buy hardware just because the connectors fit. When you want to be able to communicate with hardware you should always insist on a good manual and some support...

Hi shengko,
when you need to control just 8 DIOs (as indicated by your 8 LEDs) I recommend the USB6008 (or even the cheaper USB6000 sorry it has only 4 DIOs) from NI.
They come with perfect software support (by DAQmx) and good manuals/example VIs...
You might find other simple IO devices from 3rd party suppliers (like the RedLab series) that come with support VIs. They usually start in the 100$ price range...
