upsampling from 200Hz to 1000Hz

I need to upsample my kinematic data to match that of the kinetic data that I am using for my analysis by a factor of 5. I tried a linear interpolation but as the ntimes value gets bigger my signal gets flatter and I end up losing the shape of the data. THis happens for spline interpolating as well.

I know I am missing something really simple.

Is there a better way of doing this?

I have also tried using the upsampling VI but then when i filter it with a lowpass filter my waveform becomes all zeros

I would try the Rational Resample VI.
