Hi Tareq,
Which version of LabVIEW DSC are you using? On the Front Panel in LabVIEW, can you go to All Controls>>DSC Module>>Pipes Pumps and Valves? It sounds like perhaps the install was not completed properly, in which case you might see missing components in other parts of the application (such as a missing palette).
