Does anyone know if there is LabVIEW or C code implementation of turbo decoder and encoder for LTE available in NI?
We need to use a decoder for a measurement project used for LTE PUSCH throughput.

Would you be able to use Xilinx IP? There's a couple of Xilinx IP related to LTE turbo encoders/decoders. The LabVIEW Communcations LTE Application Framework also seems to make use of those Xilinx IPs, as mentioned in the white paper.

Thanks for the information.
We are not looking at FPGA implementation now. The final application is a test and measurement system. We chose to use RFmx to perform demodulation of the baseband IQ samples. The missing part is to decode the demodulated bits (or soft bits) and measure the block error rate.
Is RFmx going to include turbo decoder? We are using the released version of RFmx. Does anybody know the feature road map of RFmx?
