tktds6xx drivers not supported by Windows 7

I've just upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7. It turns out that Tektronics does not support a tktds6xx driver for Windows 7. Does this mean that I can no longer write software that supports those scopes? I noticed that they do support a tktds7xx driver. Could I cheat and use that one?

What are you talking about? The tktds6xx driver here has nothing at all to do with Tektronix support or any version of windows.

Of course you are right. It seems that all I needed to do was restart the computer, figure out the OO way of storing driver code, and find where they put the dll file. It seems using the old dll file doesn't work. It's hard to ask the right questions when you haven't figured out what the problem really is yet.

You are talking about something different. The driver I pointed to does not have a dll. Are you really talking about an IVI driver instead of a LabVIEW one?
