time configurable analog acquisition

Hi, I need to  acquire analog signal for a cetrtian amount of time. The acquisition starts on level analog triggering and stops when the time duration passed. Could you please help me with an example how I can do it in LabVIEW.

Open LabVIEW, go to Help, Find Examples, Hardware Input and Output.  Now select the kind of hardware you have, and the type of task you want to do.  Look at an example, see if you understand it, and if you still have a question (like "What is the purpose of this VI in the So-and-so Example), feel free to ask, and you will get helpful answers.
