thermovision labview toolkit for FLIR A315 camera

We have purchased a FLIR A315 camera for temperature measurement over a metallic surface. For acquiring and processing the data, we also have with us a Thermovision LabView toolkit.
The camera is hooked up with the LabView and some VIs like "focus"etc are working perfectly fine. But the VIs that have measurement functions like spot,line,box measurement etc are showing an error whenever we run it. The snapshot of the error is attached herewith.
We essentially want to measure the temperature distribution along a line.

We are stuck with this and will be really grateful if you can help us through this.

Sounds like a problem for the manufacturer. Any reason you haven't contacted them? It is their software.

I have the same camera and the same problem occurs with the "CameraMeasFunc Create" SubVI.
