the occupational ratio of CPU goes up to 100% when tested

Hey, this is a new learner of Labview8.6 and I had a question about my program. What I did is to pick data from certain lines in a txt file. the function is achieved, but unfortunatelly, the CPU Usage will go directly to 100% after I excuted it. this is not acceptable and is there anyone here had this problems before? and can u give some suggestions?

Cheers

 Using simple while loop???

try putting some delay. you can achieve this using  "wait (ms)" function.
