the Arduino initialization VI set pins to high value

i am using initialization VI to initialization a stepper motor and PMW signal output to the Arduino pin 5,6. the issue is that after the inti vi the pins 5,6 are at set at high voltage and i want them to be set to zero to start actuating the motor and pmw signal at  the same time. i will use PMW signal to control air valve that should start working at the same instance of motor actuation

Your question is not that clear the thing is that if you write 0 after the init it should work without any problems. Can you clarify the question?
