l want to read a table from a database(table2), then it records every modification in a specefic element in that table (0,1) for example! meanwhile, it records the time delay between two successive modifications!

is it clear?

How it will change? User will enter the Data at Runtime (or) everytime Database will change?

Check this.

1st read your Data Base and pass it to your Table2. there you can change the List.
