sync digital input and output

Hi, I have a task that need two channels digatal input and output to be sychronozed. I know that this task can be done by sharing the sample clock between digital input and output. However  I am not sure that if this two tasks start at the same time. I mean that the digital output generate the first value and the digital input acquires the first sample at the same time.

I using Labview 2011 and ELVIS II board.

Attach is my program. I use a  counter as an external sample clock for both digital input and output but I do not know how to check the synchronization of these two tasks.

zeroxx,

I would recommend trying to using a trigger for both tasks to ensure they start at the same time.
