subvis terminates when two while loops run parallely

i use labview 7.1
in my program i use two while loops..runs parellely..
one loop has mymain program..other one is two abort the motion abruptly..
my vi runs properly..when i remove the second loop..but terminates...while communicating with a fn generator  when two loops run parallely..

can anyone help me.?

sorry....i cant send any code...
can u help me with the information i provide..
my vi runs succesfully without the additional loop...when i run both loops together...both works but my second case infirst loop doesnt  work properly..

i can send u the details...not the code

I think you have to provide more information. You can try to rip off the confidential parts from your code and simply leave the components that cause the trouble,

its not tat...
i dont have access to labview here....i am doing project at a diff institute .

i will tell u where i have the problem
in one of my case structure..the actions r..
 activate a trigger source....viz a fn gen
then take readings from a digital multimeter..

this is my second case..
my first case..where i reset a turntable to a certain angle..works properly along with the parellel loop.
but when i execute the second case..its shows error while communicating with the trigger source..

when i run the case alone...without the parelel while looop..it executes succesfully...
