There is a reason that the student edition shows that watermark. It identifies that the VI is opened in a student version so it will be immediately obvious to anyone if you try to use it in a commercial or production environment in violation of the license. The student edition is only for personal education use.
This watermark is not really part of the VI, so if you would open the same VI in a fully licensed version of LabVIEW, it will no longer show up. SImilarly, if you open any other VI in the student version, the watermark shows.
The watermark has no functional influence on the operation of the VI, so just ignore it and enjoy the benefit of a much lower price if used for purely educational purposes. 😉
