Hello Friends,

here by attached the picture, how i connected the starin gauge.

Is this the right connection or do i need to change something else. Kindly help me , i am in the state of confusion.

strain gauge specifications ( 120 ohm, n type). Connected strain gauge terminal to AI0 pin on wsn node

Thanks in advance.

It's impossible to say how you've connected things from those images. You need to follow the instructions for wiring quarter, half, full bridge in the manual - http://digital.ni.com/manuals.nsf/websearch/20BA65A84973636686257A6B0000D0A8.

There's just an extra period in the link. The manual should have been the first thing you looked at. It comes with the device. There is not any configuration of strain gauges where you only connect two terminals of the device.
