I am using Labview 2010 and found a good example that I wish to use called Create Online Process - Advanced.vi in the example finder.  I open it and the VI called "Create Shared Variable.vi" is broken.  I can't access the back of this because it is password protected.  On another computer I opened the same example and it woks without errors.  Is there any way to fix this error without re-installing Labview?

Hi Matt,

"Create Shared Variable.vi" is part of the Datalogging and Supervisory Control (DSC) Module.  I'm guessing that DSC is installed on the computer that worked without errors but not on the other, is that correct?

DSC was on both computers.  I re-installed and this fixed my problem.
