Why does this vi (delivered with LabVIEW as an example) take so long to open? It takes 70 seconds to load. By contrast, another simple vi takes 3 seconds to load. All load times start when I double-click the vi without LabVIEW running.
I don't know why it would take so long. On my XP machine it loads in 3 seconds and runs in about 3 seconds. It requires Administrative Privileges. Aside from that, also .NET.
