Is there a question in there?  We have no clue what you are doing.  You gave us absolutely no information on the context.

What is your problem?  What have you tried to do so far to fix it?

We do have this features implemented in the "LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation Module". The functions that that does this measurement is called "Control Design and Simulation >> Control Design >> Time Response >> CD Parametric Time Response". Here is the location of a complete example on that area:

<LabVIEW folder >\examples\Control and Simulation\Control Design\Classical Control Design\CDEx PID with Constraints.vi

Again, this is part of the "LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation Module". This is an additional Module that you need to purchase and install:

Now, if you are an 'academic' user, it is very possible you have access to it through your university. I would try to contact your system administrator to verify its disponibility.
