separate string character

Hi I have a litle problem!

I wrote in the first vi data text,then I saved the data into a "write characters to file" , and then i want to open other vi with the data and put each data in the text control, but i dont know how can i separate each initial box to put in the correct box text. Any help?.
I attachment the 2 files example. For sure its very simple, but i am became mad!!.

Other question is how can i to transform any vi to icon with terminals to use into other vi?.
I made a vi, and i want to use into the other vi with the input as terminals to run it well.

But thanks, the movie is PERFECT!!.
In the first question, I write all the characters in the file, but when i open the file all is join and i dont know how can I remove the first test that i saved, this first text is the first square test...

I want to read from file,and the name, number and code show in the text box, but i dont know separate the string, it appear united totally.
