I know this thread is long dead but for future reference for anyone who wishes to use the emailing system I have created a VI that should do everything that you want it do and is a little tidier and logical to me.

Thanks for posting.  I would suggest you use the "Save for Previous Version" tool under Files so more folks will have access to it.  Thanks again for sharing.

Ok here we go, saved for previous version down to 8.6, so should work for nearly everyone.
