Which driver did you actually download? From what page, and which link? There are several.
You would need to look at the VIs to see what they are doing. There's probably a "Default Setup" or something that is setting that parameter. It may be as simple as wiring a constant to an input of the VI, or simply removing the code. Without knowing which code you're using, that's about as far as I can go.
