I have a sbRIO-9631 that I need to programmatically image, format, configure. I have the program nearly completed, but the one last bug I can't seem to iron out is the format function. Everytime I run this function, I'm left with a RIO that is no longer responsive and the Status LED is indicating an unrecoverable error. All I have to do to fix the situation is set DIP 3 (IP Reset) and only DIP 3 and then manually reboot the board. This is a problem since in the field the board will probably not be easily accessible and may (in some cases) be completely inaccessible.
I have included the section of code where the error is occurring. I have tried several different things to get this working and what is attached is the last itteration and my last good idea for how to make this work. Unfortunately, the board becomes non-responsive at some point during the Format vi and now the program errors after the second Restart vi times out.
Does someone more clever than myself have any suggestions?
