sbRIO 9607 does not appear in NI MAX

Was this issue resolved?  I'm having the same problem today and it is with a system on which I have been using with a sbrio 9607.  The new device just doesn't show up in NI MAX.

I love the forum, but all too often the issue goes private and we never see the resolution.

Hi,

I troubleshoot the issue directly with NI support staff and they figured out that my board has a problem. So, I send for a repair (under warranty) & the issue is solved.

I suggest you contact directly with NI support staff.

For all future readers of this topic I would like to add:

When I initially connect the sbRIO to the PC (which is properly configured because it *can* detect other sbRIOs), the sbRIO-9607 still does not always appear in MAX.

I then have to reboot the PC and the sbRIO will show up after this.
