I have this concern on license issue for remote panel. Do I need a license to have multiple remote panel connection? For instance, I want to have three display(from different browser(PC), each will be displaying different VIs.

I had some study on this, and I found this article from link above. From the article, I believed that I do not need any license since I will be using labview2011. Am I right? And the article is talking about publishing the VIs from RT. How about if I host the VIs from windows(PC)? Still I do not require a license? Please advise if I overlook on any issue...
