read from/write to a PCI E card

I have LabView 6i and a PCI-MIO-16E-4 card on my computer. Where can I find the VI files for reading/writing data to this card?

To use this card from LabVIEW you need to have the NI-DAQ driver installed. Once the driver is installed, in LabVIEW select the functions palette from the diagram and go to the Data Acquisition subpalette. Here are all the VIs to program your hardware.
