"error claiming interface" when communicating to dll

I have tried to search the forums on this but without luck

I am currently trying to communicate to a device I bought via its dll. I have tried to do it use the "Call library function" and the "Import shared library wizard". I had no problem setting the functions up, but when I try to run the program I just get the error "error claiming interface", which is not very indicative. Could you perhaps enlighten me?Any idea what i might do wrong?

Note that I do not have that much labview experience.

We at the ALPHA collaboration have solved your issue.

You have three options:

- wait until the block diagram has completely finished (stopping it prematurely will not run the 'stop' command)

- unplug the power to the Swansea Counting Unit and the USB from the Swansea02 computer
