"Top Level/Always Included VIs" out of order in post build action

I'm committing sources on a Post build action, but is hard to have one post build action for all my project is there a way to tell which one is the startup.vi and which are the included

I'd start with vi.lib\AppBuilder\GetTargetBuildSpecs.vi, and use it's TagSet:

I don't know the details about the source and always include mechanism, but it should all be there.
