The customer wants two 21 inch monitors side by side so he can see view two seperate front panels.

Win2000 and LV 6.1 in a PXI 8170.

Thanks for any ideas.

There are several brands of CompactPCI video cards that can be used in a PXI system to accomplish this. The brand I have used is made by a company called Pep Modular Components, model CP 331. One of these cards used in conjunction with the built-in video adapter on the PXI-8170 can extend the Windows desktop onto a second monitor so that two Front Panels could be viewed at once.
