I have tries a qudratic maximization. I used "Quadratic programming.vi" in lab view and "quadprog" function in matlab for same problem. The matlab result is quite ok than lab view. May be i am missing some thing for the constrains but i cant find it. I have attached both matlab and labview file with this post.I cant find why the result of the programms are different.
