Much better with the DAQmx Task.
Wire "Data" directly into pulse measurements (you need the timing information!) and the pulse duration will be in seconds rather than in samples

It would be best to have the actual VI. Be sure to save the front panel defaults before sending on (Edit->Make Current Values Default).

Check "Polarity" and "Export mode"
There isn't a full cycle of data so duty cycle can't be calculated

If you read the dt from the DAQmx data, what do you get. For some reason, the graph has 0 for the dt when I change it to a control. This could cause some problems.

I also found that you want export mode to be "no period and duty cycle" and the polarity should be "low pulse".
NOTE: I only set the dt for the waveform because the graph was giving me a dt of 0. Coming out of the DAQmx Read should have a non-zero dt.
