programmatic i/o variables with 9411

I need to be able to set parameters such as counter time base and measurement mode from within the cRIO environment. I can do this with the RSI modules but I'm having trouble with the SD module 9411. Is this module supported, or do I have to select another module with counter capabilities?

Are you in scan engine mode?  

If you right click on the 9411 and go to properties. 

Then Specialty Digital Configuration

Select Counter as "Specialty Mode"

This allows you the following configuration window

What I would like to do is use the I/O variables to change the configuration at runtime. Please see my attachment.

Hi,

Try dragging your module onto your block diagram, then creating a property node for SD module class. 

From there you should be able to change your modes.
