problem with pci-6255 and wave chart

i hav e aproyect were i have to graphics two signal i capture the signal with a pci-6255 in a diferential mode  

one signal i s 5 volts and slow down to 0 v and when its signal start to down the other signal rgo up to 6 v i capture the signal ansend them to a wave chart  the problem is the time in th chart that it's no begin in 0 the chart display the time of the cpu and i need it's begin in 0 

the time that i need to grafic is short (1second)

sory my english is not god.

You left out the frequency of your measurement, but it must be over 1Khz.  Right-click the chart on the front panel and set the Chart History Length to more than the measured freqency.  The default is only 1024 samples and will only show the last 1024 points.
