problem with driver and upgrade

I installed the driver for scope LeCroy Wave Series. When I run I get the error File version is later then current LabVIEW version. I tried to upgrade my LabVIEW version (2012 SP1) but I get the following error Sorry, our system is unable to upgrade your serial number

Any idea or suggestion?

Yeah the serial number that you have must be for some other version of LabVIEW, basically using serial number you can activate specified version of LabVIEW (along with specified toolkits and modules) and not any version of LabVIEW.

You can post the driver VIs here (Version Control Board) and get it converted to the desired LabVIEW version.
