power spectrum low frequency removal

Hello
After data aquisition and storage as .csv  filees i'd like to apply an exponential fit for data processing. My problem is an offser that will the exponential coefficient and that can not simply be removed  by substraction. I tried to diefferentiate the signal first before fitting but that gave no results due to noise.
Now I 'd like to perform A FFT transform and remove the offset in the frequenc domain and do a backtransformation unfortunately I have no idea how to do this.  I'm using labview 7.1  and have  the time columm and siagnal in separate arrays.

Hello Pete,

It may be that I don't completely understand your question but I believe this should be fairly easy.  Check out this KnowledgeBase about the FFT and Inverse FFT functions.

Good luck!

Thanks a lot. This is very helpful so far.  I'll come back if i have any more questions.
