I have also suffered from this problem, but I found that by changing the selected connector pane pattern, then returning to my original pattern, the problem seems to go away.
I'll try this workaround and see whether I have better luck than with Warren's. However, that's already 3 workaround suggestions. If that's all we achieve, that's not so bad... (after what, 4 months?) 🙂
Well, I tried danren934's suggestion, but it did not work for me. 😞
However, my trick (change the connected object whose terminal does not show up inthe connector pane from indicator to control -or reciprocally- and back) works reproducibly...for me!
