plotting a 4D graph from a 3D array

It worked out nice with the parametric plot as shown in the attached file. I just need to add some interpolation between the images in the stack, if you know of a method please let me know.

Thresold all of the values that are near the black end of your W-array and replace those values values with NaN.

Those values MAY not plot.

Or try to find a method that will let you set a transparency level. That may make it possible for the eye to connect the dots between the planes.
