ok, then I am guessing that the problem is that 7.1.1 is not compatible with WMP 10.  I tried it again with 7.1.1 and it did not work.  I must have opened it with 8.0 by accident.

I guess then the options are to go back to WMP 9.0 and earlier or to upgrade to LV 8.0 (much more expensive).
